Annual General Meeting - 7pm 11 May 2021

We will be holding our AGM at 7pm on Tuesday 11 May at the Kohimarama Presbyterian Church, 34 Kohimarama Road, and would love to see you there.

​Apart from the routine AGM business, we have two guest speakers, Desley Simpson, our Orakei Ward Councillor, and Scott Milne, Chair of the Orakei Local Board.  They will talk about the Council and Orakei Local Board plans for the future, with specific reference to projects in our area.

The AGM is a formal process to provide members with assurance that the Association is headed in the right direction.  As such, there are several formal documents that we have included here for your review.

Please feel free to review these prior to the meeting.  We would be happy to answer any questions you may have at the meeting.

We will be electing a new committee at the AGM, and would love to get some new people onto the team. We all find it very easy to complain about things, but joining our committee provides you with an opportunity to actually do something about your concerns.  Most of the current committee members are standing again so you will have plenty of support.  Just let us know of your interest to stand for the committee by emailing  [email protected] or by standing up when we ask for nominations at the AGM meeting.
